House Du Sucre is our house of sugar — a rotating gelato cabinet at its center, with light bites built around it. Small-batch flavors churned low and slow, cookie vitrines, chocolate-covered strawberries, cotton candy, mini pancakes: the second act of the evening, plated to order.
