Anything the builder shows you — and anything in a proposal — is an estimate until your producer confirms it in writing. Final pricing, availability, and scope are set when we both sign off.

Details you share about your event stay yours. The Kulshi Collective name, marks, houses, photography, and everything on this site stay ours — please don't reuse them without asking.

We pour with care, but this site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kulshi Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you've paid us for the engagement in question.
